This is a simple template that takes advantage of the background-attachment CSS property to create a fixed background effect.
Today’s snippet comes from Codyhouse.It is all about a single CSS property: background-attachment. You can set the background to be fixed within the viewport (background-attachment: fixed;).

You could of had a bugged up electrical system in that case. In my car, occassionally your hear this tick tock sound that goes on for some indefinate time. And if you leave the car off you notice that the lights for spedometer and such turn on and off with the same timing as the ticking. But if the car is explictily turned on, then the tick tock doesn’t effect the lighting system at all. It’s one of those wierd, harmless bugs that would be too much of a needle in a haystack to fix.
Yup, that’ll do it. You have my aprepciation.
