CSS animation scrolling
WOW.js is revealing CSSanimation scrolling with some easy to customize features by Matt Aussaguel.
When using delay with wow.js, only some of the animate.css classes keep items invisible until scrolling.
Make an item detectable. Add the CSS class. wow to an HTML element – it will be invisible until the user scrolls to reveal it. Choose the animation style
